Why I Do This Work

I’ve been where you are.

Before becoming a therapist, I managed a franchise with over 150 employees. I know what it’s like to carry the weight of decisions that affect everyone around you — and to bring that weight home every night. That lived experience is why I built my practice around the specific challenges entrepreneurs face. I don’t just understand the theory. I’ve lived the pressure.

Coaching is for when you’re functional but want to lead better — from a calmer, more intentional place. We focus on the inner dynamics of leadership, decision-making, and how you show up in high-stakes moments.
