Therapy That Goes Deeper
Not just coping strategies. Real understanding of what’s driving
your anger, anxiety, or depression — and what to do about it.
You’ve probably tried to manage what you’re feeling. Maybe it’s worked for a while — but the patterns keep coming back. That’s because most approaches treat the symptom without looking at what’s underneath it.
I use an approach called Inner Leadership — grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Solution-Focused therapy — to help you understand the parts of yourself that react, what they’re protecting, and how to lead yourself from a calmer, more grounded place.
Areas of Focus
Anger & Reactivity
You lose it at the people you love — then spend hours drowning in guilt. The anger isn’t the real problem. It’s a part of you that’s carrying something heavy, and it’s asking to be heard.
We’ll work on understanding what’s underneath the anger — not just managing it — so you can respond instead of react.
Anxiety & Burnout
You can’t turn your brain off. Even on vacation, you’re running scenarios. The same drive that built your success is now eating you alive — and you’re exhausted from carrying it all.
We’ll look at what’s actually driving the anxiety — not just the symptoms — so you can break the cycle instead of white-knuckling through it.
Depression & Emptiness
You’ve achieved things that should make you happy — but nothing feels the way it’s supposed to. There’s a quiet heaviness that won’t lift, and you’re tired of pretending everything’s fine.
We’ll gently explore what’s been lost or buried — and help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that still know how to feel alive.
Anxious Attachment
You give everything in relationships — and it never feels like enough. The fear of being left keeps you on high alert, reading into every text, every silence, every shift in tone.
We’ll explore the parts of you that cling and the parts that are terrified of loss — so you can show up in love without losing yourself.
IFS Therapy
Internal Family Systems is the foundation of everything I do. It’s a compassionate, evidence-based approach that helps you understand the different parts of yourself — and heal from the inside out.
If you’re curious about IFS or want a therapist who works this way, this is a great place to start.
Trauma & PTSD
Something happened — maybe recently, maybe a long time ago — and your body still carries it. Flashbacks, hypervigilance, emotional numbness. You don’t feel safe, even when you know you should.
We’ll work gently with the parts that are still protecting you from the past — at whatever pace feels right.
Men’s Mental Health
You’ve been told to tough it out your whole life — and it worked, until it didn’t. Now the irritability, the disconnection, or the quiet heaviness is getting harder to ignore.
Therapy doesn’t have to feel like a confessional. We’ll work in a way that’s direct, practical, and built for how you actually process things.
Couples Therapy
You love each other — but you keep hurting each other. The same arguments, the same walls, the same distance afterward. Something needs to change, and you both know it.
Using IFS, we’ll help each of you understand the parts that show up in conflict — so you can finally hear each other underneath the noise.
Pre-Marriage Counselling
You’re building a life together — and you want to start it right. Pre-marriage counselling isn’t about fixing problems. It’s about understanding each other deeply before the big stuff hits.
We’ll explore communication, conflict, money, family, and intimacy — so you walk into marriage with your eyes wide open and your hearts connected.
